煤矿井下双向驾驶车辆制动系统设计研究

摘要: 为提高煤矿井下双向驾驶车辆的行驶可靠性,通过计算得出了某型煤矿井下双向驾驶车辆需要的行车制动力矩和驻车制动力矩。针对现有技术煤矿井下车辆在紧急制动状态下有可能进一步造成制动失灵的现象,提出了采用多功能湿式制动器的解决措施|详细分析了多功能湿式制动器的结构和原理,并阐述了双向驾驶车辆制动系统的工作原理和结构特点。实践表明,该液压制动系统的设计是合理可行的。

Abstract: Abstract:The paper calculates the driving brake torque and the parking brake torque for the bidirectional driving vehicle in coal mine, in view of the fact that the traditional vehicles in coal mine may cause the brake failure further under the emergency braking state, the solution of multi-function wet-type brake is put forward. The structure and principle of the multi-functional wet-type brake are analyzed in detail, and the working principle and structural characteristics of the bidirectional driving vehicle braking system are expounded. Practice shows that the design of the hydraulic braking system is reasonable and feasible.
